The day you tie the knot is one of the most exciting and memorable days of your life and Splash Graphics have been helping couples plan their special day for several years! You will receive a printed proof before you sign off on your design and Splash Graphics will work with you to plan around your budget and provide a full detailed quotation from the start.

We are only having a small wedding, can you cater for us?

Absolutely, every wedding, big or small is special so whether you are having 10 guests or 500 guests we would love to work with you.

How long before my wedding should I order my invites?

Most people order around 8 months before their wedding. We would advise you to start planning early rather than late. We can keep your design on file until you are ready to print. If you are having a summer or Christmas wedding you will need to send your invites a little earlier as these are busy times of year. If you need a quick turnaround, don’t worry, we will accommodate you, contact us ASAP to arrange a proof.

Do you cater for same sex weddings?

A question we hope that one day will never need to be asked, but that we hear all too often.

What are the Invitation Specifications?

Our most popular sizes are A6, A5, DL and Square. We provide all of these sizes in flat and folded options and we also supply a trifold invitation which includes a removable RSVP. We also supply pocketfold invites to order. Other shapes and sizes can be catered for on request.

How do I order my Stationery?

Step 1: Select a design from our range or ask us to create a bespoke design. We can send you copies of existing samples in the post.

Step 2: Email us your requirements (quantities, sizes & items needed). We will send back a full quote.

Step 3: Send us your wording & instructions. Text, image, font & colour changes and any special design requirements. We will then email you proofs for approval.

Step 4: If requested, a printed sample can be sent by post. Once you are happy with the final design we will proceed to print.

Can you alter a design to suit my wishes?

Absolutely! You can customise any design in any way to ensure it ties in beautifully with your theme. We can colour match your dresses from a photo if required. All designs can be altered to any size or format of card. We also offer lots of other products for your big day, all of which can be co-ordinated with your invitation design. Please email or call if you would like to discuss any design ideas.

Do I have to proof my design?

The final PDF proof must be checked carefully. Whilst every effort is made to ensure there are no errors, final checking remains the clients’ responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any errors once a final proof has been approved for print. 

Are Design Costs included?

If you choose an existing design, the cost of 2 design edits are included in the price. Further edits will be charged at €20 per round of changes. Bespoke designs start at €40 for design (These include portrait invitations). 

Are envelopes included?

Yes, white or cream envelopes are included to fit the cards you have ordered. Other colours are available on request but will incur an extra cost.

How are Seating Plans Presented?

Seating Plans are printed on heavy 200gsm paper. We have various Wooden Easels and Frames that can be hired for your wedding day to display your seating plan, a deposit may be required.

What type of paper/card is my Stationery printed on?

All of our Invitations are printed on a 350gsm Silk Card. Items not printed on this card are: Trifold Order of Service booklets, Scrolls and inside pages of booklets which are printed on 120gsm Silk Paper. Instagram Frames are printed on Corriboard. 285gsm Pearlescent Card can be ordered for 40c extra per invitation. Pocketfolds are also available to order.

Can you print our guests names on our invites?

Yes we do offer this service. You must provide a list of your guests as you would like them written on the invites in an Excel Spreadsheet. This service is available for an additional €50.

Delivery charges may apply. Please ask us for further details. You are also welcome to collect your stationery from our office. We can ship our Stationery anywhere in the world. Postage is charged at cost using An Post or DHL.

How long will my Stationery take to arrive?

Once you have approved your proofs, we will then send them to print and they should be with you within 5-10 days (usually less). Overseas customers will be advised on delivery times.

Oops, What happens if I didn’t order enough?

No problem, drop us an email and we will pop some more in the post. We have no minimum order quantity, you only pay for what you need.

How do I pay?


A deposit of €50 is required before we begin a bespoke design (This includes our portrait style invitations). A deposit is also required for any clients wishing to keep their design on file for more than a month before printing to secure their booking. Final payment must be made on collection or before items are dispatched. Items will not be delivered without prior payment.

Is VAT included?

All prices include VAT at the standard rate of 23%

(9% for Order of Service booklets).

Terms & Conditions

By entering into business with Splash Graphics, you agree to our terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the quotation date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, this will not affect any confirmed orders. VAT included in our prices and is charged at the standard rate of 23%.

Quotations must be approved before you commission Splash Graphics to produce stationery. All information must be submitted prior to visual. Fully finished, final text only is to be sent for styling. All text must be spellchecked. Once the visual has been signed off we require a (non-refundable) deposit and confirmation of your final order before we can go to print. The balance of the payment is due once the order is due to be dispatched or on collection.

All goods remain the property of Splash Graphics until paid for in full. A digital proof will be sent to you, please mark any changes clearly. Invitation design charges include 2 sets of edits, further changes will be charged at €25 per round of changes, clients will be notified of these in advance.

Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. Rush jobs may be accommodated but may incur extra charges. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with the colour, finishes and paper quality of our products, we recommend that you order a sample of the stationery before placing the full order. These are posted out free of charge. If you wish to forgo the sample, we cannot take responsibilty if you are dissatisfied with the colour matching or paper of your order for whatever reasons. We will however endeavour to rectify any blatant quality issues.

Prices shown are indicative prices based on existing designs. An accurate quotation based on your specific needs can be requested. Please allow as much time as possible for orders of wedding stationery. Note: Wedding invitations are normally sent out 6-8 weeks before the event. We will try our best to accommodate urgent orders. Should delivery be required it will be via regular An Post delivery. Registered Post can be requested and will require a signature.

Delivery charges will apply. Stock of card, paper and envelopes can vary. If an item is in short supply we will suggest an alternative. A minimum of 2-3 working days is required for a sample to be ready for dispatch. Proof reading is the responsibility of the client; The final PDF proof must be checked carefully Whilst every effort is made to ensure there are no errors, final checking remains the clients’ responsibility. Splash Graphics cannot be held responsible for any errors once a final proof has been approved for print by the client.

Although we take great care when packing your order, we take no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during postage or for late delivery due to reasons outside our control (postal strike etc) All designs, samples, correspondence, logos, etc contained in this brochure or on our website or Facebook Page is the property of Splash Graphics.
