Below are some Invitation Wording Samples that we recommend, but if you have something else in mind just let us know and we would be happy to alter any invite to suit!

How do I order my Stationery?
Select a design from our range or commission a new one. Once you have chosen your design simply email us your requirements.
What are the Stationery Specifications?
We find that the most popular sizes we are asked for are A6, A5, DL and Square. Other shapes and sizes are available on request.
How do I send you my text?
Can I order a Sample?
We can send you samples of existing design samples free of charge. Artwork samples are sent via email in jpeg or pdf format or you can request printed samples to be sent to you in the post.
Can you alter a design to fit my colour scheme?
Yes we can alter all of our designs to suit your colour scheme, please email or call if you would like to discuss any design ideas. We can colour match the colour of your dresses exactly from a photo if required.
Are envelopes included in the price?
Yes white or cream envelopes are included to fit the cards you have ordered. Other colours are available on request but will incur an extra cost.
Is delivery included in the price?
Delivery charges apply depending on your order. Please ask us for further details. You are also welcome to collect your stationery from our office in Athlone, Co. Westmeath.
Do you ship Worldwide?
We can ship our stationery anywhere in the world. Postage is charged at cost using An Post.
How long will my Stationery take to arrive?
Once you have approved your emailed proofs, we will then send them to print and they should be with you within 5 days (usually less). Payment must be made on collection or before items are dispatched. Rush jobs can be accommodated but may incur extra charges. Overseas customers will be advised on delivery times.
A Deposit is due once your design has been emailed, the balance is due before delivery or on collection.

By entering into business with Splash Graphics, you agree to our terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the quotation date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, this will not affect any confirmed orders. VAT included in our prices and is charged at the standard rate of 23%.
Quotations must be approved before you commission Splash Graphics to produce stationery. All information must be submitted prior to visual. Fully finished, final text only is to be sent for styling. All text must be spellchecked. Once the visual has been signed off we require a (non-refundable) deposit and confirmation of your final order before we can go to print. The balance of the payment is due once the order is due to be dispatched or on collection.
All goods remain the property of Splash Graphics until paid for in full. A digital proof will be sent to you, please mark any changes clearly. Invitation design charges include 2 sets of edits, further changes will be charged at €25 per round of changes, clients will be notified of these in advance.
Please allow 5 working days for delivery. Rush jobs may be accommodated but may incur extra charges. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with the colour, finishes and paper quality of our products, we recommend that you order a sample of the stationery before placing the full order. These are posted out free of charge. If you wish to forgo the sample, we cannot take responsibilty if you are dissatisfied with the colour matching or paper of your order for whatever reasons. We will however endeavour to rectify any blatant quality issues.
Prices shown are indicative prices based on existing designs. An accurate quotation based on your specific needs can be requested. Please allow as much time as possible for orders of wedding stationery. Note: Wedding invitations are normally sent out six weeks before the event. We will try our best to accommodate urgent orders. Should delivery be required it will be via regular An Post delivery. Registered Post can be requested and will require a signature.
Delivery charges will apply. Stock of card, paper and envelopes can vary. If an item is in short supply we will suggest an alternative. A minimum of 2-3 working days is required for a sample to be ready for dispatch. Proof reading is the responsibility of the client; The final PDF proof must be checked carefully Whilst every effort is made to ensure there are no errors, final checking remains the clients’ responsibility. Splash Graphics cannot be held responsible for any errors once a final proof has been approved for print by the client.
Although we take great care when packing your order, we take no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during postage or for late delivery due to reasons outside our control (postal strike etc) All designs, samples, correspondence, logos, etc contained in this brochure or on our website or Facebook Page is the property of Splash Graphics.
